Currently our waiting list is FULL for March Holland Lop & Netherland Dwarf bunnies, we will only be accepting deposits if you are okay with the projected timeline (bunnies available to go home around mid/late April 2023 for Holland Lops and May 2023 for Netherland Dwarfs). We will continue to work with those on our current waiting list to complete their requests. If you've been directed to this page, WELCOME! That means we have a litter planned for you and we want to share how the current process works. Note, if you are a breeder please inquire FIRST and get the breeder application prior to completing any deposit payments (failure to do so, will result in a cancelation of transaction and refund of deposit).

  • Prices range from $175-$450 with an average cost of $250-$275 (could be more or less depending on the specific bunny) Bunnies with exceptional/heavy vienna marking or white ear genes will start at $300 and go up.
  • We are located in Rancho Cucamonga, California (But we can also meet in Oak Hills, CA) - it is your sole responsibility to make travel arrangements or setup transport (prior to remitting deposit). If you cannot pickup your bunny due to logistical reasons we will not refund any monies received.
  • Please read our sales policy which can be found here prior to submitting your deposit and beginning the transaction, by remitting any payments you agree to all terms as described on our website and it is understood that said terms have been disclosed.

How to get on the waiting list...

So you've decided you would like to be added to our waiting list or you have found a bunny on our website that you would like to reserve. Fantastic! We're happy to hear you've chosen us to be your breeder. Effective July 2019, we now require a non-refundable deposit fee ($50 per bunny) in order to secure your place on our list or place a particular bunny on hold (note* if the bunny you are reserving is 8 weeks of age or it will need to be held for an extended period of time then the bunny will need paid in full to be considered sold/adopted). The deposit fee will allow for priority placement on our waiting lists (and helps us weed out the individuals who are not serious about bunny adoption). The fee paid will be applied to the purchase price of the bunny of your choice when he/she becomes available. Please do not assume you are on the waiting list or a rabbit is on hold for you if we have not received your deposit. If you were encouraged to check back after a litter arrives that DOES NOT mean we have held a spot for you. Our waiting list does exist as a way to weed out those not serious about adoption. You are welcome to join this waiting list which will ensure an opportunity to select one of the newly born bunnies (when available and of appropriate age). We do not have secondary notification lists as we get inundated with emails daily and simply don't have the time. We work exclusively off the waiting list. To streamline the adoption process and ensure everyone has the same opportunity to adopt a bunny from us we now ask the following:
  1. Connect with us prior to leaving any deposits to ensure we will be able to meet your expectations and have a bunny for you at the right time (in the past I have had some families fill out the form, send deposit, and then message us regarding a timeline that I may not be able to meet).
  2. If you have decided you would like a bunny from a future litter or you have found a bunny on our website that you would like to adopt then you will need to remit a deposit ($50 per bunny unless told otherwise) which will be applied to the total purchase price. Please be aware that the waiting time may vary in the event you are wanting something very specific. The deposit fee/bunny payments are not refundable if you change your mind, cancel the transaction, find a bunny sooner from someone else, or fail to pickup the bunny on the original agreed upon date. This fee is also non-transferrable to any other parties. This fee is a security deposit that will lock in your place in line. We are in full transparency about the details and what we are offering. If we cannot match you to the bunny of your preference (within two litters) then you can opt to transfer the deposit to a future litter or I can refund it at my discretion.
  3. Once we have bunnies that are of appropriate age to determine gender (around 6 weeks of age) you will then be notified of availability (via E-mail, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram DM). You will be sent a private link to all available bunnies (or sent photos of the available bunnies directly) in the upcoming litters with their descriptions and individual adoption cost. All emails/messages will all go out at the same time so it's first come first serve on the selection process (unless we have made prior arrangements to specifically set aside a certain color/gender for you and in that case that bunny will NOT be posted on the private linked page). Due to RHDv2 outbreak we will not be allowing visitations prior to taking your bunny home - all bunnies selections will be made online through photos and videos. *Once you have made your selection there are no bunny swaps or changes on the bunny you reserved, you have committed to that particular bunny, so please make sure you are 100% before your selection is finalized*
  4. Final payment will be due when you pick up your bunny in the form of cash or Zelle (unless we are holding the bunny past 8 weeks of age - then full payment will need sent once you've chosen your bunny).
  5. We send out availability notifications (either by email, Instagram DM, or Facebook messenger) to contact you regarding your bunny (when a litter becomes available for reservation) and if you fail to respond within 24 hours, your deposit will automatically be forfeited. Additionally If you fail to respond to the message trying to schedule your pickup appointment, then it is assumed you no longer intend to adopt the selected bunny, any claims to a bunny (and your deposit/Bunny Payments) will be forfeited. I understand emails may not get delivered to your inbox so I encourage you to use both Facebook and Instagram to get in contact or use an alternate email. *NOTE* If I send out notifications on Instagram or Facebook messenger and see that you've "Seen" the photos/links and fail to respond within 24 hours of your intentions then you will forfeit your deposit and be removed immediately from the waiting list (it's extremely rude to "ghost" a breeder when they have put a lot of effort into sending out photos and custom announcements). Please have enough respect to respond with "I've found a bunny elsewhere" or "we are no longer interested", etc...)
  6. In the event you do not find a bunny to your liking from the current offered litter you may then elect to roll your deposit over to a future succeeding litter. If you decide to pass on the next litter (after it is born)  you can elect to have your deposit roll over for up to 6 months from when your deposit was originally placed. After 6 months your deposit will be forfeited as it is assumed you are no longer wanting a bunny from me. Side note* I am very reasonable and can make exceptions to our policy if you are in constant contact with us about your particular situation and we will do our best to work through it with you. In the past I have sent out photos of available bunnies to interested parties and they have responded with "Let me ask my family and get back to you" or "I will let you know what bunny my Husband, Son/Daughter picks and let you know" and I never heard back from those family members then no future messages will be initiated on my end and they forfeit their deposit and I remove them from the waiting list.
  7. Deposits and bunny payments are NON-REFUNDABLE should you; change your mind, were not aware of our adoption cost, find a bunny sooner, cannot locate transport (it is your responsibility to ensure you are able to get the bunny to your destination as we DO NOT facilitate shipping options), or if you no longer are able to get a rabbit due to; buyer's remorse, allergies to the rabbits, landlord/tenant issues, spouse or parent changes their mind, acts of god, or other related issues.
  8. In the event something unforeseeable happens to your selected bunny while in my care or I am unable to provide the bunny within the specified time frame, I (the breeder), will reserve the option to cancel the sale and refund any monies received or the purchaser may elect to have the deposit/payment transferred to another bunny or future litter.
  9. Please note, we cannot guarantee; size, temperament (kicking, scratching, biting, or other behavioral/hormonal issues), breed-ability (reproduction), show placement on the table, and when sending home an 8 week old bunny we may not be 100% certain of the gender (we will do our best but accidents can happen) so you are strongly encouraged to check over your bunny thoroughly prior to taking him/her home. We do our best to give an estimate on adult weight but we cannot guarantee a bunny will stay under a certain weight category (Holland lops range from 3 - 4.5 lbs. and even brood does can exceed 5lbs). We will not sell/represent any rabbits listed as; Micro, Toy, or Teacup (those terms DO NOT exist). AGAIN, there is no such thing as a micro, toy, and teacup bunny (additionally, there is no such thing as a "mini Holland lop" or ones that "won't grow").
  10. Prices are non-negotiable, meaning we spend a great deal of time with our bunnies ensuring they are raised with; lots of hands on socialization, high quality diets, clean environments, and also indoors in a bio-secured bunny room in my house. Due to the overall amount of time, finances, and resources put into my bunnies the price reflects what you are getting when adopting a bunny from us. So please don't ask about discounts. In the event we have older bunnies, retired bunnies, or bunnies being re-homed then their adoption fee will be reduced and set accordingly.
  11. **Disclaimer** I provide bunnies to pet/companion homes only. I normally don't place my bunnies into breeding homes unless you are a breeder with your application already submitted and approved. Purchasing one of my bunnies under false pretense (i.e.; breeding, consumption, fur, care, housing, location, etc..) will result in a cancelation of this transaction and the bunny will need to be returned ASAP in order to avoid legal escalation and negative ramifications. I care very much about the homes my bunnies will be placed in and at any time your bunny is welcome back if you are no longer able to provide the care afforded. No refunds will be issued on returned bunnies.


So in short, by leaving a deposit you are making a commitment to us and as such we are committed to you. We typically breed our rabbits on demand, so the waiting list is a pretty critical component of that process. If you would like more information please don't hesitate to contact us.

Why your deposit is non-refundable

Your deposit (and bunny payments) are NON-REFUNDABLE if you (the purchaser) should change
your mind and wish to cancel the transaction for whatever reason (your deposit may be transferred
to a future litter in the event you are not able to take a bunny from the current offered litter). In the
event, we the breeder, wish to cancel a transaction for whatever reason then in such case, we (the
breeder) will refund any monies received. Deposits are only transferable to another future
succeeding litter, and such transfers will only be honored between the original purchaser and the
breeder. In the event the purchaser declines transferring their deposit to a future litter and just wants
to cancel the transaction, then the purchaser will forfeit their deposit and any claims to a future
bunny.

Deposits hold your place in line to select your bunny, should you change your mind or have a life incident that prevents you from taking a bunny from the litter your deposit can be transferred to a future succeeding litter.

Why deposits/payments are non-refundable?

Look at it from the point of view of the breeder. A potential buyer puts down a deposit with Breeder A but is actually
planning to get a bunny from Breeder B if one becomes available sooner. In effect, he's using Breeder A as a "back-up". In the meantime, the Breeder A has to mark his bunny or place on the waiting as "sold or reserved", thus dissuading other buyers. The breeder potentially loses the opportunity to place that bunny and methodical breeders have bunnies with purpose so their waiting list is extremely important to them as they know that with each bunny being born it already has a home lined up that has been screened and approved. A good breeder will often have a waiting list and always interrogates potential buyers about their ability to care for the rabbit.

Please remember you are trusting us to have the right bunny for you, at the right time and to do as we have
committed to do.  A deposit represents the beginning of your commitment to your new pet, to love and cherish your
bunny for the rest of it's long and healthy life.

    Please fill out the below form when you are ready to make a non-refundable deposit and commit to our waiting list. This will need to include all your contact information for the receipt of deposit. Also note, if you do not receive an email response within 24 hours please be sure to check your spam folder and send us another email (we have been experiencing server issues). It's always best to send a DM through Instagram to ensure delivery of messages. If you fail to remit deposit along with this form your reservation will be cancelled and you will need to start the process over. Lastly, we cannot guarantee future colors, genders, and exact timeline of availability (we will do our best to provide an estimation). Once litters arrive we can provide more accurate information as to color/gender and dates of availability.  ​*If under the age of 18, please have a parent/guardian contact us as we will not sell our bunnies to minors*
