​If you've been directed to this page, WELCOME! That means we have a litter planned for you and we want to share how the current process works. Note, if you are a breeder please inquire FIRST and get the breeder application prior to completing any deposit payments (failure to do so, will result in a cancelation of transaction and refund of deposit).

Note from the Breeder
I take a lot of pride in being an ethical, responsible breeder. I breed based on demand, carefully screen every prospective home, and work from an organized waiting list so I can provide happy, healthy, lifelong companions to my bunny families.
Moving forward, I will no longer be placing rabbits with new breeders. I will continue to support and work with my current breeder network, as well as approved 4-H and FFA youth.
For that reason, I am no longer offering pedigrees or mentoring services, and I kindly ask that inquiries remain for pet-only bunnies.
As always, please research any breeder you consider working with to avoid scams and ensure you’re supporting ethical practices. Thank you for understanding!

Average cost of Holland Lops are $300 (could be more or less depending on the specific bunny)
Average cost of Mini Plush Lops are $450 (could be more or less depending on the specific bunny)
Holland Lop Bunnies with exceptional/heavy vienna marking, white ear genes or reds will start at $350 and go up.
We are located in Rancho Cucamonga, California (But we also meet in Oak Hills, CA) - it is your sole responsibility to make travel arrangements or setup transport (prior to remitting deposit). If you cannot pickup your bunny due to logistical reasons we will not refund any monies received.
Please read our sales policy which can be found here prior to submitting your deposit and beginning the transaction, by remitting any payments you agree to all terms as described on our website and it is understood that said terms have been disclosed.

How the process works

HOW TO JOIN OUR PRIORITY WAITING LIST:

1. Read the Policy First
   Please read our policy before submitting anything. Incorrect submissions may result in your payment being refunded and the transaction canceled.
2. Current Status & Timeline

• The waiting list is currently open for January take home.
• Holland Lop litters are expected in January, and February; Mini Plush Lops in March
• We are also taking deposits for April 2026

1. Not for Breeders

• Breeders must inquire first and complete the breeder application before sending a deposit.
• We do not supply to breeders planning to homestead or build a rabbitry/farm.
• We only breed Holland Lops, Plush Lops, and occasionally Lionheads

1. Pricing & Location

• Holland Lops: around $275 - $300 and go upwards of $450.
• Mini Plush Lops: around $300 - $350 and go upwards of $550.
• Prices vary based on color/markings.
• Located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA (can also meet in Oak Hills, CA).
• Buyer is responsible for transport.
• Please read our Sales Policy before placing a deposit.

1. Connect With Us
Contact us before placing a deposit to confirm we can meet your expectations. Wait time is usually 6–8 weeks after deposit is placed, but often it's sooner if you’re flexible on color or gender.
2. Pay the Reservation Fee

• Non-refundable $50 per bunny.
• Holds your spot on the list and applies to the final price.
• Reservation fee is not refundable or transferable unless otherwise stated.
• If we cannot match you with a bunny from the current litters, you may continue to roll over the deposit until you find a bunny. Reservation fee may be refundable at my discretion if I feel I cannot match you with the color & gender you are wanting.

3. Notification of Available Bunnies

• At around 5–6 weeks old, when gender is more accurate, we notify you of available bunnies.
• You’ll receive a private link or individual photos.
• Notifications go out in the order deposits were received. You can choose at that time or pass and wait for the next litter
• You have 1 hour to choose before we move to the next person.
• Due to RHDv2, in-person visits before pickup are not allowed.
• Once chosen, your bunny cannot be changed.

4. Reserve & Pay

• Notify us immediately when you select your bunny.
• If you’re not local or the bunny is 8+ weeks old, full payment is due at selection.
• Otherwise, full payment is due at pickup (cash preferred).

5. Pickup Appointment

• If you are 30+ minutes late without notice, we will reschedule and require the remaining balance due immediately to hold the bunny.
• You have a 1-hour window before your appointment to cancel or reschedule without losing your deposit.
• No-shows without contact forfeit the deposit and the bunny will be relisted.

6. Communication Requirements

• We contact via email, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, or text.
• You must respond within 24 hours or your deposit may be forfeited.
• If a message is marked as “seen” with no response in 24 hours, you lose your spot.
• If I have attempted to schedule your pickup appointment and receive no response after three contact attempts, your deposit (and any payments made toward the bunny) will be forfeited, and the bunny will be offered to the next family in line.

7. If You Don’t Find the Right Bunny

• You may roll over your deposit to future litters.
• Deposits must be used within 6 months or they are forfeited.

8. Refund Policy

• Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
• All sales are final once the bunny leaves our care.
• If a health issue occurs within 10 days, you may return the bunny for a replacement of equal or lesser value.
• If we are unable to provide the bunny for any reason, we may refund or transfer your deposit at our discretion.

9. Limitations & Disclaimers

• We cannot guarantee adult size, temperament, breeding ability, show quality, or gender accuracy at 8 weeks.
• We do not offer micro, toy, or teacup sizes as they do not exist.
• Prices are non-negotiable.
• Older bunnies or rehomed rabbits may be priced lower when available.
• Bunnies are sold as pets only unless you are a pre-approved breeder.
• Misrepresentation of your intent may void the sale.

• Placing a deposit is a commitment, and we are committed to you.
• We breed based on demand, so the waiting list is essential.
• Fill out the waiting list form and submit your deposit together.
• If you don’t hear back within 24 hours, check your spam or text us.
